So quick you could read it while enjoying your healthy lunch. Unlike most Mr. Pollan’s other books, this one is quick, simple, light, understandable, enjoyable, motivating, interesting, and maybe even a little humorous. It’s the only book…

Most weight loss and nutrition books throw in a lot of big words and complicated theorys to try and impress you with how smart they are, whereas this book keeps it simple and proves itself beautifully.
