Another beautiful story! The Penderwicks are such good books and the changing configurations of family members in the books keep them new and exciting. It was fun to see Skye as the OAP and to meet the new characters on Point Mouette. I…

Oh. So. Good.
Love these series and can't wait for the next book.
Character development, adventure, friendships, family dynamics, love found, love lost and individual growth.
Jeanne Birdsall gives the reader a divine feast of a story.

The series is a fantastic series for any lover of realistic fiction and some mild hi-jinks and adventure. You will fall in love with the four Penderwick sisters.

A fun-loving book. This story has a charm that I can't explain. :) I just couldn't put it down! If you want to read about a story about four odd sisters, this is the book you want!

In response to anyone asking about following books, there will be five in total. The fourth will be set five and a half years after the end of this book.

I laughed through most of the book, and then it got scary and sad, and finally ended up good. I am looking forward to the next book (fourth book) in the series to see how the problem is resolved.
