This is a great book for anyone new to Veganism. Plenty of handy references, and lists of what to stock. I have Isa's newer book, so I found this one a bit repetitive for me, personally.

I was given this book as a birthday present. Though there are some interesting and fairly tasty recipes inside, I found a lot of things required pricey ingredients that I would not use on a regularly basis. I gave the book away.
