There is nothing to lift the spirits like watching Jamie Oliver cook. He has a great sense of humour, and his technique looks effortless yet still amazes. I will be taking out more Jamie Oliver DVDs, just for the sheer joie de vivre he brings to his work. This fun collection of episodes from his tv show are well worth watching, though North Americans may have to listen carefully from time to time to understand Oliver's colloquial and distinctively accented speech.
