Excellent documentary! I had skin irritation which my doctor diagnosed as psoriasis. Unknowingly at the time, my condition went away after not chewing gum... I had suspected it was related to my diet and nutrition, but I now believe it was asparatame!

A great documentary showing the truth on sweeteners. I haven't chewed gum in over 3 years because of the sweeteners used in most brands.

Despite how simple, and frankly, how dry this documentary is - it is worth watching. The *most* intriguing thing in this DVD was to see how a powerful corporation, over a series of decades can not only manipulate scientific data, but slowly co-opt and buy out the political structure in order to gain approval of a food additive, one that should never have been approved in the first place.

You will not opt for nutrasweet or aspartame after watching this documentary. Research studies withheld illegally from the FDA, revolving door of FDA staff moving to Donal Rumsfeld's Nutrasweet company, and the corruption goes on, plus a lot of examples of how people feel their lives were destroyed or highly damaged by consuming sugar-free products - from blindness, to MS, to death, to brain tumors.
