An excellent cook book for kids. Unlike many kids' cookbooks that have a lot of desserts, this one has a focus on nutrition so is filled with fast, fun recipes for every meal that kids will love to cook with you and eat too (even my vegetable-hater). The chicken nuggets recipe is healthier, faster and tastier than picking them up from the drive-through! Each recipe has a coloured photo which is also encouraging for the little and bigger ones. Oh yeah, and the adults love the recipes too! This has become one of my go-to cookbooks, especially for vegetable recipes. I recommend it for all ages as long as you are cooking with your kids.
