A lot of really good veggie recipes, many of which are very easy to prepare. We have loved every one we've tried! A few nice photos as well. The recipes are easy to follow. There is no nutritional information for the recipes.

I highly recommend this book for anyone who wants to have healthy side dishes fast. This is not a vegetarian or vegan book. It presents different ways to prepare veggies, including quick roasting, sautee, no-cook, braising, etc. The only method not covered, as far as I could tell, was steaming. I was very impressed with some of the techniques in this book, although many of the recipes were more involved than I would like, plenty of options for the lazy cook are available, plus lots of nice sauces & dressings. If you want to add a couple of healthier side dishes or make your veggies more exciting, I think you'll appreciate this book.
