instructor gives lots of information on why different movements are important. I like how the different people are doing the exercises at different fitness levels. i.e.. standing, sitting. Aerobics, strengthening, and stretching as well as balance exercises. Not an aggressive workout. I like how she lifts the weights slowly. A pretty safe exercise program.
