This movie has everyone you love in it. Directed by Alex Cox of "Repo Man" and "Sid and Nancy" fame, it's a spaghetti western pastiche via cowpunk/noir/gangster movie. The movie itself is kind of a mess, it's not written well, the direction is loose, and the plot is pretty thin. That being said, I found it to be great fun, if nothing more than the people in it are some of my favorites. There are some cool musical numbers by Cait O'Riordan and Zander Schloss, with a great soundtrack by Joe Strummer. Bad puns and sight gags aplenty, but stylistically the film looks great. Keep your expectations low, sit around with your punk rock buddies, watch this movie and have fun.

If there was a movie with:
Love, Courtney-
Strummer, Joe-
Costello, Elvis-
Hopper, Dennis-
Jones, Grace-
McGowan, Shane-
Jarmusch, Jim- in it wouldn't you want to see it?
This is that movie.
