If you have issues with your sleep and related symptoms (depression, lack of energy and motivation, weight and nutritional problems) avoid the doctor as your first alternative and read this book first.

The authors of this book give a comprehensive overview of the role of sleep in the human body,circadian rhythms and an interesting introduction to chronotherapy. The text helps you identify some of the root cause problems with your sleep and offers you advice on how to identify and remediate them.

Totally recommended. Even for a person with deficiencies, this is a handy book for any person to know more about one of the main biological and physiological need of humans: rest and sleep.
