This DVD is divided into 4 different sections of about 10-15 minutes each. There is a lot of variety in the exercises, and the instructors do a good job with positive motivation. It is also easy to adjust according to your own fitness level, as different modifications are shown, and the exercises are timed, so you could push your tempo faster or take it slower as needed.
My main critique of this DVD is that it is sometimes hard to follow the moves if the people onscreen don't follow the cues quite right. But it also makes it seem more like you are in a workout class together.
