It is awkward to rate this: the topic is very interesting, its explored and discussed in an orderly and clear manner, but, somehow, it left one wanting more in the form of images being referred to, more on the sociological and psychological aspects relating to glamour, and even something in the way of guidance to protect oneself from exploitation via the use of glamour. That would have made it a much larger book, but it would have been much better too.
Everyone who reads this book will certainly be much edified and entertained, and it can be recommended to those who recognize - as well as those who do not recognize - that they are, or have been, under the spell of glamour (so just about the entire female population (especially those in their formative years, say, 12 to 22), and most of the males too).
