Twenty-two years following the events of Jurassic Park, Isla Nublar now includes a completely functioning dinosaur theme park, as once envisioned by John Hammond. After ten years of operation and decline in visitors, a unique attraction is designed to ignite visitor's interest, which fails horribly.

Fabulous looking but incredibly moronic and infuriating. Park your rational brain. This movie was made for 12-year old minds only.

I don't see what is so bad about it. The end is really good, and Chris Pratt is awesome! How did claire run in her heels the entire movie? Looking forward to the next Jurassic World.
P.S. Hoskins did take our Lord Jesus's name in vain.

This movie was great, not perfect, but fun to watch. The Jurassic franchise has been redeemed. Looking forward to the next movie.

Incredible special effects and fantastic dinosaur action are hamstrung by a paint-by-numbers plot and two protagonists who are, more than anyone else, responsible for all of the death and destruction in the movie - although both they and the filmmakers seem unaware of this, allowing them to be smugly self-righteous towards the entirely unnecessary two-dimensional villain who actually causes far less harm than the heroes.

My sons favorite movie

Off the coast of Costa Rica, Jurassic World is a luxury resort where genetically engineered dinosaurs are able to roam somewhat free at the expense of the tourists. After one huge dinosaur escapes, the rest follow putting the lives of many tourists in danger. This requires the assistance of former military man and animal expert played by Chris Pratt to come and save the day. Directed by Colin Trevorrow and released in 2015, this science fiction thriller has received amazing reviews. From the incredible special effects and animation to the heart wrenching performances of the actors, this film has something for everybody to enjoy.

I’ve always loved dinosaurs, so this movie was a good watch for me. A new mega theme park filled with prehistoric creatures, the dinosaurs, opens 22 years following the failure of the original theme park, Jurassic Park. The genetic engineers at the park create a new dinosaur and things go haywire as everyone is ordered to evacuate the park. However, two boys are in the middle of a tour ride, when it breaks after a dinosaur attack. The boys must survive and escape the park before they are killed by dinosaurs! I really found the animations to be realistic as the dinosaurs looked very real. Even the sound of the dinosaurs gave a very real feeling.

I have never watched Jurassic Park, so I had no expectations for this film. Started a bit slow at the beginning but then a lot of great and fun action happens later on. 4.5 out of 5.

Some interesting twists on the original Jurassic Park movies, although some old themes were reworked with mixed results. Overall entertaining.

Tired rehash which studiously hits all the beats of the previous films without adding much fresh to the table. Pratt's acting is as wooden as the splinter in my toe, and Howard's role is an embarrassment, the kind of prehistoric male fantasy character that has no place in modern film. Movie bored me to tears. Watch the first two again instead.

Claire: That's not a real dinosaur.
No, it ain't, kid. But somebody's gotta make sure that this company has a future. Imagine... that one, a fraction of the size... deadly... intelligent... able to hide from the most advanced military technology. A living weapon unlike anything we've ever seen. You see? Millions of years of evolution... what did we learn? Nature is the gift that just--

Owen: The asset? Look, I get it. You're in charge out here. You gotta make a lot of tough decisions. It's probably easier to pretend these animals are just numbers on a spreadsheet. But they're not. They're alive.
Claire: I'm fully aware they're alive.
Owen: You might have made them in a test tube, but they don't know that. They're thinking, "I gotta eat." "I gotta hunt. I gotta... (hand sign of making out)." You can relate to at least
one of those things. Right?

You look tense, Claire. Maybe you should just focus on the controls. The key to a happy
life is to accept you are never actually in control. You should spend a day at the beach. Get some sun. ... Don't forget why we built this place, Claire. Jurassic World exists to remind us how very small we are. How new. You can't put a price on that.
===
Since the day we hired you out of the Navy. You knew the end game. These animals can replace thousands of boots on the ground. How many lives would that save? War is part of nature. Look around, Owen. Every living thing in this jungle... is trying to murder the other. Mother Nature's way of testing her creations. Refining the pecking order. War is a struggle. Struggle breeds greatness. Without that... we end up with places like this,
charge seven bucks a soda.
