This book focuses on healing ourselves holistically. The author encourages us to nourish our body, mind, heart, and spirit as a whole. That in listening to our bodies and nourishing ourselves with vital foods, rest and movement that we can better tune into our spirit as well. I enjoyed reading this book, and found it to be very inspiring.
