This is a great way to walk five miles. All in the comfort of your home! All you have to do is move to the 'beat of the music.' Just walk and move and before you know it you have walked one mile, then the beat changes and you start mile two and you just want to do the whole five miles..... It's easy to do and its great for males and females of all ages.
