A lovely story about having your own strengths while still admiring the different talents of others. If anyone in your family needs a lesson on respecting others, getting along despite your differences, or just making new friends from faraway places, this is a great start. Perfect sized illustrations for reading aloud in storytime. Older kids might also enjoy an extension activity, making paper stars or origami cranes like the characters in the book.
