I Might Regret This

Essays, Drawings, Vulnerabilities, and Other Stuff

Jacobson's writing is vulnerable, touching and beautiful in a decidedly unpretentious way. She writes about family, love and solitude that feels very of-the-moment, without over-saturating her narrative with mentions of current events. Though the tone of her essays still feel like talking to a longtime friend the way Broad City might, it skips over much of her more comedic writing to a deep, introspective look at her relationships. I loved this read.
